Individual Telephone Counseling or Coaching $150.00 (50 min)

50-Minute psychotherapy or coaching appointment by telephone.

Individual Telephone Counseling or Coaching Session $100.00 (30 min)

Telephone coaching (30 minutes) scheduled for just one session at a time.

Telephone Coaching - 4-Week contract $90.00 (30 min)

Telephone coaching sessions of 30 minutes each, when paid in advance, for either 3 or four sessions over a 4 week period.

Telephone Coaching - 8-Week Contract $85.00 (30 min)

30 minute coaching sessions by telephone, when paying in advance, for an 8 week contract. The client can either schedule 3 or 4 sessions per week for an 8week period.

Telephone Coaching - 12-Week Contract $80.00 (30 min)

Telephone coaching sessions of 30 minutes each, when paid in advance for 12 weeks. Clients can decide whether to meet 3 or 4 times per week.

Face-to-Face (Office) Appointments

Face-to-Face Individual Session $150.00 (50 min)

When scheduling and paying for one appointment at a time, the fee is $150 per session.

ADHD Evaluations either with written or oral reports

ADHD Evaluation with Written Report $1500.00 (180 min)

Approximately 3 hour evaluations

ADHD Evaluation with oral report (only) $1200.00 (180 min)

Approximately three hours long. No written report, only oral communication with physician or psychotherapist.

Psychoeducational Evaluation (240 min)
